Class Bios
Open Flow- This is an open level class designed for all levels. All postures will be well defined and instructed and eventually, linked together by the breath. Some inversions may be practiced safely and in accordance with individual capability.

Vinyasa- By deifinition, the word Vinyasa refers to the very conscious art of linking specific postures together while utilizining the breath. Postures are perfectly balanced with counter poses so the practioner leaves feeling physically and mentally harmonious. Some/many inversions will be practiced and modifications will be offered when necessary.

Yoga for The People- A donation based class designed to offer ALL people the opportunity to practice Yoga! Any Donation acceptable! Bring youre whole family! The aim is on Yoga!

Beginners/Intermediate Yoga- This is a special class lead by Estrella and Beth who trained under the gorgeous tutelage of Fran Ubertini. They describe the class as such:
Release stress and tension from your body. Breath and movement used in all postures. Deepen your practice using Pranayama (breathing techniques and ratios). Sound and chanting may be used.

Kids Yoga with infamous kid whisperer Christina Scott
Your child will engage in Yoga postures that will inspire them to strengthen and balance their body, mind and spirit. Kids will explore laughter, focus and relaxation. Toni utilizes her love of music, instruments, and songs to share the many benefits of Yoga. Preferable age group is between 4-9 ish...

YogaMama! This is the class all MOMS with small children have been waiting for! Due to an overwhelming demand for Mommy and Me Yoga, I was inspired to create something for Mom Goddesses an opportunity practice Yoga with their baby/small child present. The baby/small is free to do whatever the baby/small child wants to do! Childcare is provided in house! Talk about Liberation!

Masters Class- This class is for Yoga Teachers and stronger practioners. This class is not something to fear; I prefer to consider it playful and dynamic and an awesome opportunity to explore the postures with a more refined awareness. Breath work and meditation receive more attention in this class as well.

Arlene is a 200hr RYT through Yogafit. Her classes pull from her experience with several different teachers and styles practiced over the last 20 years. She has been teaching/sharing her love of yoga for the last 6 years and her class is a true Vinyasa Flow. Arlene pays close attention to linking breath, movement, mediation and deep relaxation.

Beth is a CYT 500 Certified Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation Teacher
Beth has been a studying with Fran Ubertini of Yoga for Well-Being since 1998. Using the many tools of yoga as passed down from the teachings of Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar, Beth aspires to achieve the yoga that is right and true for each person. It is a breath oriented vinyasa practice that allows the breath to link with each movement. Beth establishes an environment of acceptance and non-judgment so every student can feel at home. She is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and is a healing practitioner.
